ASKO Holding has purchased 96,7 percent of the shares of BUHLER Industries, the owner of VERSATILE Tractor and Farm King Agricultural Equipment divisions.

Winnipeg / CANADA – ASKO Holding has completed the sales process by acquiring 96,7 percent of the Canadian Buhler Industries’ shares, the owner of one of the world’s strongest tractor manufacturers, VERSATILE, and agricultural equipment manufacturer, Farm King brands.

A purchase agreement was signed between ASKO Holding and Buhler Industries last week. The parties completed their purchasing process by mutually fulfilling the requirements of the agreement.

VERSATILE, one of the world’s strongest tractor manufacturers, manufactures tractors ranging from 170 to 620 horsepower. Over 100 thousand special and strong tractors produced by VERSATILE since 1934 serves to the world’s agricultural sector. Farm King, on the other hand, produces agricultural instruments for the mechanization of agricultural activities.

With the completion of the purchasing procedure, Versatile and Farm King brands will continue operating under the roof of ASKO.
