It is our values that make us exist and grow. We have been producing for humanity for almost a century.

We are reinforcing our productions by expanding our investment area.
We are aware of the responsibility we carry towards our business partners, customers and employees. In order to fulfill this responsibility, we pay attention to make our productions sustainable with high quality awareness, as in the past.

 

ASKO Working Principles

ASKO Holding carries out activities to increase its competitiveness through customer-oriented transparent business processes and innovation. It encourages the continuous growth of ASKO by fulfilling corporate social responsibilities with companies under its roof. To this end, we adopt and apply the ASKO Code of Conduct as our guiding principles.

ASKO Code of Conduct applies to all managers, operational and production personnel in ASKO Holding, its companies and subsidiaries. Third-party enterprises and individuals working with ASKO Holding, its companies and affiliates are also encouraged to comply with these principles;

These principles aim to provide a thoughtful and broad ethical framework to guide the behavior of employees. All employees are responsible for the ASKO Code of Conduct, which is intended to cover all possible situations that may arise during business processes. It is among the basic duties of ASKO Holding employees to understand and comply with the principles and additional policies. In case any provision of these principles conflicts with the laws, the laws of the Republic of Türkiye will be taken into consideration.

 

ASKO Holding takes the implementation of the Code of Conduct seriously and reserves the right to impose the necessary sanctions.

We are unconditionally committed to the principle of non-discrimination with regard to race, color, gender, age, disability, religion, ideology, political opinion, nationality, ethnic origin, health, physical appearance, sexual orientation, education and social, family or marital status.

Words and behaviors that harm our “Family”, including offensive words, verbal and physical abuse, and sexual harassment, are not allowed to have any place under the umbrella of ASKO.

Fairness, transparent criteria and robust principles; provides guidance on how we recruit, evaluate, develop and encourage our employees. We provide and encourage an open communication environment where people are encouraged to share ideas and well-intentioned opinions.

 Honesty and Transparency

  • Honesty and transparency should be applied in all aspects of ASKO Holding organizations and all business processes. In our dealings with government officials and individuals in the private sector, we must not directly or indirectly offer, give, undertake to give, accept or solicit unethical financial or other benefits (including gifts, meals and entertainment).
  • We must ensure the integrity and accuracy of our business and financial records in accordance with applicable laws, accounting policies and our supplementary policies.
  • We should not act in any manner that constitutes or appears to be constituting any conflict between ASKO Holding's interests and our personal interests. We must not engage in any activity that may damage ASKO's corporate reputation and image.
  • We should not use or give away non-public information of ASKO Holding for personal gain or for the benefit of anyone outside the Company.
  • We must protect the assets of ASKO Holding, its companies and affiliates from loss, damage, theft and abuse.
  • ASKO Holding accepts and implements laws, regulations and internationally valid agreements regarding the prevention of corruption and bribery.
  • ASKO Holding's assets may only be used for appropriate commercial purposes and for the benefit of the Company. We make sure that such assets and property are not used for any political purpose or for the benefit of individuals, private parties or third parties.
  • We must protect the security and confidentiality of personal information owned by ASKO Holding in accordance with applicable laws.

  Fair Competition

  • ASKO Holding cares about fair competition. ASKO meticulously applies the rules of competition in the geographies where it does business and undertakes to comply with the laws and regulations.
  • We value our suppliers, contractors and distributors as our business partners and strive to build trusting relationships with them for mutual growth.
  • ASKO Holding is committed to doing business in ways that do not restrict fair and free competition. Prices, types and standards of products and services, levels of supply, markets and regions, customers, suppliers, distributors, transaction terms and conditions, and bidding terms and methods are managed in a transparent manner.
